New Inspire 2 not showing heartbeat

I got an Inspire 2 as a gift on 29/12. It showed the heartbeat for 2 days then stopped. I contacted Chat and following their instructions I restarted the Fitbit. Green light showing, and sleep showing, but no heartbeat registering on App or Fitbit. It is set on wrist not clip. Help I’ve run out of ideas now
