My Inspire 2 isn't charging. Just about dead.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this; in this case, they will let you know how to proceed. Please let them know of the steps that you already tried.

I did talk with a support person and the Fitbit is now charging. Thanks.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone

My Inspire 2 loses battery too quickly now and charges super slow. I haven't even had this Fitbit for a year.

I had turned off notifications and the timed-out screen time, nothing has changed since it got it and the battery needs charging more often.
