I have recently brought a fitbit inspire 2 and tried to set it up but the screen on the device has become blank and won't turn on, it's charging but still unresponsive; please help!!

I have found the support team to be unhelpful in my pursuit of an answer and have decided to return the Fitbit and get a refund.
