New Inspire HR no display

I got my Inspire HR on Friday, I put it on the charger over night and the display is still not working. I've tried the button reset and only get a smile face and then it goes blank. The green light on the back has been flickering, I can find it on my bluetooth, but I can't connect it since I cant see the code that is supposed to pop up.

Did you set it up with the app on your phone once it was charged?

I couldn't set it up on my phone, it told me to type in the code on the
screen, but the screen isn't working😅😅

I wined on Twitter and Fitbit support set up a case & their replacing it for me. Sounds just like the pebble though.

 

I recommend you call them and let them fix you up.
