New Inspire HR not syncing to phone

Set up my new inspire hr 3 days ago. It connected and synced as instructed. Last such was now 18th. Unable to synchronise since then.  Software is all up to date. Tried stopping fitbit app, turning off & on bluetooth, still not working. Bought this as a replacement for an alta which wasnt synching. Now not very impressed.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
