Just bought my first fitbit, followed the instructions and charged it, just had a black screen with a white line, went on here for advice and did reset. Now just have a black screen? Doesn't do anything when I turn my arm towards me, havnt seen a clock or anything at all? Not the best start so sent to BT to return faulty and apparently I need a fault code from fitbit to be able to return this, really disappointed 1st and last for me.
