New Inspire HR shows white line and no clock face

I just received my new Inspire HR.  I was so excited when I was able to link it to my existing account and it synced! I finished charging it, pulled it off the charger to start using...and only have a white line on the face.  I figured out that I needed to select a clock...all that does is sit and spin.  I thought maybe if I removed my last fitbit from my account it would stop the confusion...no luck..  I then thought it might be my internet connection so have now tried again with WIFI connection...no luck  I have read the other posts with this issue and see the response to restart the fitbit.   I followed the link in the response and there aren't instructions for an Inspire HR listed...  I am getting discouraged as my last fitbit took my husband and I and several calls/emails with fitbit to get it to work...I was hoping this one would be different.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR only showing a white line. You can find the restart instructions for your tracker here. Please try them and see the tracker's response to it.
