Today I bought an Inspire HR. I charged it and during set up it needed an update. During the update, it said it ran into a problem and I should restart the Inspire by holding the side button until I see a smiley face.
I did that. My phone said the set up was complete, but now my tracker will not turn on. It is a black, unresponsive screen. I'm disappointed. Please advise or I will return it tomorrow.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not responding after the update and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
