Hello,
Just received new Inspire HR & at my PC, Fitbit dashboard, settings. There isn't an option to add another device. At fitbit.com/setup being asked to download app on PC which I already have!?!
Please help, want t start using it! Thank you 🙂

Hello @Joy-RB and a warm welcome. I apologize if I am misunderstanding what you are doing to set up your InspireHR. When you say you downloaded the app, did you download the Fitbit app for Windows 10 from the Microsoft Store? Some of what you wrote sounds like you are trying to add your Inspire HR on the fitbit.com (web) dashboard. Here are the detailed instructions from the Inspire HR manual for setting it up on a Windows 10 PC

It was good old fashioned 'user error' me thinks!
I was using the microsoft app on my pc, but couldn't see a way to add the new fitbit.
Then went to the App store on my phone and it all worked out!
