Totally at my wits end after one week of chat calls with Fitbit including 3 hours of it today. Zero help and totally unimpressed with lack of support.
I have a new Inspire HR (previously used a different one with no problem). I go through set up - all good. On my dashboard it syncs but there is no action on the screen at all, neither is it listed as connected to my bluetooth. When I try to connect with bluetooth it initially finds the device but then can't connect to it. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on Windows; charged it; switched it on and off multiple times.
Before writing to James Park (CEO Fitbit) and complaining that I have never been more inactive sitting infront of their chat site rather than increasing my exercise level, I thought that some of you clever people might have a suggestion or two to try. Update - for anyone else who is having this issue, check your packaging - i.e. the external packaging that the Fitbit arrived in and / or the return label. I ordered a new one. Saw by accident on the label in very small print that they sent a refurbished one. Unhappy. Sent it back and won't be using it.
