Have had a fitbit for years.  Just got a new Inspire HR today.

Can't get it to monitor HR.  I've tried some of the troubleshooting here but hasn't helped yet.

Any definitive troubleshooting advice?

MY New Inspire HR won't track heart rate. Received 06/05 as a gift.

 

Have had FitBit Surge for years....works OK but looks bad as wrist band has had to be continuously repaired!

 

Replaced with the Inspire HR that  DOES-NOT track heart rate. All other functions appear to be working as expected. 

What do you suggest as the way to correct this problem with my NEW Inspire HR?

 

MY suggestion is that you replace my malfunctioning Inspire HR with one that WILL track my heart rate
