So...the battery level on my new Inspire shows one battery level on the Inspire itself and a completely different one on the app. Suggestions? Thoughts? It's syncing, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I've restarted both devices.
The charge doesn't seem to be staying either. I fully charged it yesterday and it was down to 32% this morning, which makes no sense. I've had this for a week.

Let me help you with your Inspire battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here. To update the battery level on your phone please sync your device with it.
