New Inspire has stopped working

My Inspire, which is only 10 months old has completely stopped working on

Tuesday, October 12, 2020.  It was about 50% charged and I went to the beach for the day.  When I returned, the screen was blank and there was no noise. I does not sync or track. I have charged it for days, cleaned the contacts with alcohol, pressed the side button for 5 seconds while charging and all other recommendations and nothing works. I have been to the pool and beach many times before with not problems. Plus taken showers every day with it.  Over the past few weeks, it sends a message every day to re-connect with my iPhone XR.

Hi @HustonK You will need to contact Customer Support.  Hopefully it is still covered by warranty.
