This is crazy....my last Inspire display went black. After numerous attempts to revive it, Customer service sent me a new one. That was just a few weeks ago. This morning I got up, noticed the battery was showing about 27%, so I put it on the charger. One hour later, when I checked it - it's totally dead...flatline...no response...no display...my phone app can't find it, whereas it was fine an hour ago. What the hell is happening?

@MiCasa Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire. Not sure if this may be a charging issue or a display one so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes.

I should have updated my post yesterday...I did contact Fitbit Support after posting this. The Rep had me perform the cleaning steps, then try a restart. It did work. According to their records, my Inspire had synced about 1:20 prior to my contact, and showed it at 100% charge … which means after I put the charger on it (at 27%), it fully charged - and then completely shut itself off, as in blank.
Once I performed the restart, and it woke up, the clock was behind the current time by 1:20 min. No idea why it did what it did - but it's working again - and that's the most important thing. Thank you for your reply, and thank you to the support representative.
