New InspireHR/iphone7 - prior days data disappears

I'm on my third or fourth fitbit at this point, but I just got my new Inspire HR a few days ago to replace an old Charge HR.  

I added it to my account without deleting my old ChargeHR, and everything seemed to work fine - the day I switched, the tracking included the results of both trackers, which was great. 

However, now it seems that data is disappearing - I know I synced my tracker last night and my phone displayed 11,500+ steps for yesterday; today that data is gone and it displays 0 steps. The same thing for Saturday (but I wasn't certain it had synced correctly on Saturday).  All day sync is on and has been on.

 

I also got a notification this morning for a voicemail that never appeared as a VM or missed call on my phone - and my phone didn't ring. It seems this same thing has happened to users of a different fitbit but not the Inspire. 

 

Any ideas?

Let me help you with the data recorded from your Inspire. Do you still use the Charge HR? Do you move it (maybe moving it to a different location at home)? There could be a discrepancy between devices and the inactivity detected by the Charge HR may affect your steps from the Inspire device. If you aren't using the Charge HR too much I suggest you remove it from your account and see if the issue persist when only using the Inspire HR. Also check if you have any third party apps or manually logging any activity on your account.
