Direct question to the admins: Is a firmware update coming soon to address the count step issue?

There are many complaints, and soo far we only received a friendly dance-around-the-bush from you guys. I realize that you depend on product mangers and software developers, but with so many complaints about the step count, we deserve more than that. So, again, when can we expect a FW update that addresses this issue?

Awaiting your response.

No one will know this until it is announced. They never announce it early

Hi @fkemper thanks for posting your question here. Thanks for jumping in @WendyB.

In regards to your inquiry, I don't have an specific time frame of when we'll release an update, or if this will be to improve specifically the accuracy of steps. If  you're having issues with the accuracy of the Fitbit Inspire, we suggest to follow the steps here.

I'd like to have more details about what is the discrepancy that you have in your daily activities. This is to give you a hand with that and work together to find a resolution if this applies.

Keep me posted I'll be around.

Hello @YojanaFitbit thanks for the response. This is exactly what I mean. You dance around the bush. "If  you're having issues with the accuracy of the Fitbit Inspire, we suggest to follow the steps here."

Of course I have issues. Please track back in this forum and you'll see many of your customers complained about the same issue, and all we get is your "we suggest to follow the steps here"

This will not cut it.

I know it is not your fault, but we deserve a company that stands behind it's product AND customers.

Recognize, acknowledge and correct. It is that simple.

Thanks.
