New fitbit Inspire stays on fitbit.com/setup

Setup new inspire, charged it, and it syns.  It will reset, but the screen stays on fitbit.com/setup

That message suggests that it's not connected to your account so the setup must not have worked. I would try going through the setup again.

 

In the app, select your profile picture at the top left which goes to your account details. On there select "set up a device". Select Inspire and follow the prompts. Hopefully this time will be more successful
