New iPhone SE 2020

Hi all, I got the new iPhone SE that was released on Friday 24th April, I’ve been fighting with the Fitbit app all weekend as my Fitbit wouldn’t sync- I’ve just looked and I’m not sure the new phone is supported/ compatible with the app.

Can anyone help? Has anyone had this problem?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

Steve is correct.  You need to remove that old iPhone from your accounts on the new SE else the Fitbit continues to try and sync with the old iPhone.  Go to Settings and click on your Name (Apple ID) and delete the old iPhone.

If your iPhone replicates to another Apple device make sure that old device is not referenced there as well.
