New inspire 2

I got a new Fitbit and it just says to download the app. I can’t get it off the Fitbit screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I hope I understand your post correctly but it sounds like you got a new Inspire 2 but I’m not sure if you have an account already or trying to set up a new account. This message shows when the tracker doesn't detects it has been setup to an account. Try restarting your Fitbit. Look here to see how to properly do so: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm Once you restart your Fitbit then try resetting up your Inspire 2. Look here for instructions on how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm (instructions on how to set up a new Fitbit account and how to set up a replacement fitbit are both covered in the instructions)
