Hi
i just bought a new Inspire device. I followed all setup instructions i.e. downloaded the fitbit app, charged the fitbit device, enabled bluetooth on the iOS phone.
I disabled and enabled the bluetooth option on the iOS phone a few times.
The fitbit screen only displays go to https://fitbit.com/setup and does not change after touching the screen.
I also tried a iOS tablet and a Windows 10 laptop.

How far through the setup process in the app are you getting? Do you get to the point where it asks for the 4 digit code?
