New out of box Inspire HR won't charge

I got my new inspire hr yesterday.   I get it to charge for a few hours so tried to set up.   Got message that not enuf battery to do update/setup. So I put it back on the charger and went to bed.  This morning....dead.  won't charge.   No lights.  Nothing.  Tried plugging into different USB ports, different outlets,  etc.  Still nothing.    What now?

Thank you. I already requested and received authorization to return the
item. But will hold off on sending it back until I hear from your team

I was unable to reboot or start the fitbit. I will proceed w return.
