New phone won't show my daily steps

I got a new phone and after downloading the fitbit app to it, I cannot see my daily info as before.  Not sure what to do about it.  Very frustrating.

Thank you for all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with daily steps. 

Let me know if any other information is not being displayed on the app or if you constantly having trouble to sync your data. In the meantime, in case this is related to a problem with the app, please try to: 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the tile. 
  • If you haven't done so already, make sure to try to unpair and repair your device with your Fitbit account, as this has been useful for other users experiencing this problem.
  • Make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version available.

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few extra details about what you're currently seeing on the app? If possible, could you please provide a screenshot as well? Let me know if you're not able to see a specific tile or where exactly is the information missing on your dashboard.
