New refurbished Fitbit Inspire HR not working

I just got my new Fitbit. It was refurbished. I followed all the steps and it synced to my phone and laptop but as soon as it is disconnected from the wall charger, nothing can pop up on the Fitbit display, almost like it's dead even though it's fully charged. 

Any tips?

Hi @versuss95  Try restarting it several times, but if that doesnt help you will need to contact Support again.
