New replacement inspire HR not charging

Just received a replacement Inspire HR and it won't charge.  The green light on the back is on, but when I put the device on the charger it doesn't do anything -- no vibration and no indication that it is charging.  Black screen.  Help.

Hi, @Jan866 , have you tried leaving it charging for two hours even it doesn’t seem to be charging, then trying the restart again?  That’s what I would recommend.
