New to Fitbit Inspire HR

Hello I am new to Fitbit and just got my Inspire HR. I have a few questions. First is there a manual anyway?

Secondly, I saw 2 hearts on the display of the watch, I am assuming for heart rate but why 2 and how can I tell the difference?

Also I notice on the Fitbit there was an icon with 15 of 250, what is that?

Sorry if these questions seem silly but have never used a Fitbit so need to get used to it.

2 Hearts: One of the hearts is informing you of your lowest, resting heart rate for that 24 hour period (from midnight), the other is your current heart beats per minute.

Welcome to fitbit!

The Inspire HR manual can be found at https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_inspire_hr_en_US.pdf

I'm not quite sure I understand your questions. If the manual doesn't provide answers, perhaps you could post again with more detail?

Hello @me1der  and a warm welcome.  Here is a link to the Inspire HR manual.  That icon with the 15 out of 250 is part of the Reminders to Move.  You set the Reminders to Move from the app -- you set the number of consecutive hours you want to be reminded to be active.  Be advised -- the vibration that you get with 10 minutes left is fairly soft on the Inspire HR.

I am not sure of the hearts display.  There are many clock faces from which to choose.  You might need to post a photo.
