I’m really new to Inspire2. I do not know my **S from third base. I believe I am up to date but I can not find where it tells me so. O

Regarding your inquiry,In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > Devices > your device image. The firmware version number appears under your device's name. Inspire 2 should be on version 1.124.84. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
To better assist you, would you mind giving us more details of the issue you're experiencing with your Inspire 2? Is it not charging? Is it not syncing? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
