My Inspire HR is no longer accurately recording bedtimes. It seems to be registering sleep when I am sitting on the couch (not laying down) watching TV. Yesterday, it recorded 2.5 hours of sleep when I was at the movie theater, wide awake enjoying the show. I'm guessing it has something to do with slow heart rate, so would like to know if this is adjustable so I am getting more accurate readings / scores. Thanks.

@MsPCGenius Welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your sleep detection. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. The opposite might be true also as inactivity from watching TV or a movie may lead to sleep detection. You can try wearing your device on your dominant hand to increase the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your response. When I connect the FitBit to the charger and hold the reset button for 5-8 seconds, all that happens is that either the battery strength or time displays. I'm not getting a smile icon
