No acurate measure,no properly sinc..

Hi.I have my fit bit for few weeks.That is enough to find that this measure are not acurate.I run 15-18km every week fit bit shows 13km a week,I do 30 min exercise it shows 10-15min.I walk more than 10km a day it never show more than 2,3.Most of the day I do more.than 25.000 steps because of my work it always shows less.When I say less I meen 50%less.It don't sinc properl.I this stage I 'm very disapointed with my purchase.Can someone direct my to help or I need to go to shop to return it.Thank you.
