No credit for active minutes

I'm not getting credit for active minutes when I swim and I'm in the pool most days.  Also, I'm not getting credit for achieving my goals each day.  Can someone help?

@mcath It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing active minutes and goals. Regarding the active minutes they are granted when your tracker detects an intense activity (based of the movement detected) and it has to be for at least 10 consecutive minutes. If you stop then active minutes may not be counted. You can read more about how they are calculated here.

Regarding your goals, could you elaborate on this? What it is that isn't being detected or counted? Could you share a screenshot of what you see on your account?
