Hi my screen is locked and I accessed my account icon but there is no device lock. Tried todd install and reinstall app to reinstall the device asking for pin but this is not displaying on my screen and I Carnt remember it.. help

Thanks a million for reporting the issues with your Inspire. This model doesn't have a lock option. If you're not getting the 4 digits number to finish the set up process please restart your Inspire then continue to set it up with these instructions: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
