No goal celebration

My Inspire has been great, and this is a nit-picky thing, but it doesn't do any sort of buzzing or lighting up when I reach my step goal. I've tried resetting the device and still don't get anything. Is anyone else having issues with this?

I’m also having this issue, I’ve checked every setting I can find, reset the Fitbit....  still no goal celebration.

So I actually just figured it out right after I posted this. I toggled the main goal, so I set it to distance, let it sync, then set it back to steps and let it sync. I had already reached my 10,000 steps for today, so I set the goal for 10,300 just to see if it worked, and it did. So we'll see if it happens again tomorrow, but just switching the goal back and forth helped. I hope it works for you too!

Update: Still can’t get mine to do the goal celebration, even after trying the tip above and another restart. All settings have notifications on.

I’ve had mine two weeks now and have only got the goal celebration once. I’ve reset the Inspire several times, checked all settings, turned them off then back on, syncing each time.... The one time I did get the goal celebration I left all settings the same untouched, and the next couple days nothing, no celebrations. 

 

Update - Just tried messing around and this time changed my step goal higher to test again and synced, celebration goal went off when new goal was met. Yay! Fingers crossed it continues to celebrate tomorrow. 😊

Another update: Once again no goal celebrations again. It’s only celebrated twice in over the three weeks I’ve owned it. Is it possible for someone at Fitbit to look into my settings and see why?

I had a celebratory animation that had a swallow (bluebird) fly on the screen.

I am experiencing this issue as well. Tried everything mentioned above, none of it works for me. Can anyone look into this??

I have the same issue. Apparently Fit Bit doesn't care because I get no help with it.

I had this problem also and after trying to restart mine multiple times and change settings. I found the simple answer was to keep my app on my phone open all the time.

I got my Inspire last week and no goal celebration.  I have reached out to Fitbit support.  So far not very supportive.

Mine stopped after the last update. I want the celebration back!
