Just bought a new inspire hr, app shiws heart rate but when i click on heart rate says no measurments or graph, tried the force stop, ckear cash and data ect but still nothing

I will assist you with your heart rate data and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist please share a screenshot of what you are seeing and the phone model you are using.
