No longer can pair iPhone to Inspire HR, not getting notifications

I received my inspire HR about a week ago and had no trouble connecting to my phone. I still can sync my phone to the Fitbit and get my steps and heart rate but I no longer get notifications from my phone of text messages or phone calls. I have uninstalled and reinstalled I have disconnected my Bluetooth and reconnected my Bluetooth I have shut down my phone and nothing works. Help!! Before I return it. I don’t know what went wrong everything was fine

Talked to them yesterday as I've been having problems for months.  I have an I-phone11 and there's something going on between Apple and Fitbit, I think.  There was an update with Apple and since then, things have not been working.  I keep waiting, and go thru the steps every month or so.  Yesterday, person told me I could correct it by purchasing a new Fitbit - I told him they could give me a new one and he said this issue is not covered under warranty.  If you are able to return yours for something else, please post again.  I don't have any other solutions - frustrating.

Let me help you with your Inspire not getting notifications from your iPhone. @Dc16 @Beachbilly (thank you for troubleshooting the issue already) I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

The weird thing about it is it worked the first week but now it does not. It syncs my steps in my sleep but does not give me any phone notifications anymore. Super frustrating
