I have just swapped from a Oneplus 6 to a Oneplus 7 and although it was easy to sync the Inspire HR and the settings were copied across I cannot get the unit to give me mail and app notifications any more ( or vibrate ).

I've double checked the app settings and it is always connected via bluetooth and notifications are turned on on the screen on the HR but still no joy.

Any advice please ?

Hi @H175Driver Im afraid the difference is that the 6 is a Supported Device, but the 7 is not on the Supported Devices List.  All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Notification problems.

Hi @H175Driver Im afraid the difference is that the 6 is a Supported Device, but the 7 is not on the Supported Devices List.  All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Notification problems.

Thank you @NellyG , that had not crossed my mind but it makes sense as the 7 has only just been released ( and not in USA yet ). I’ve followed the steps in the article you attached and will see if that helps. 

It’s not a huge issue with the lack of notifications but it is nice to know why.
