No notifications on Inspire 2

I have turned on imessage notifications on my inspire 2 but no notifications are coming through.

certain other apps are though??

Please help...

Thank you so much for informing us about this situation.

Have you already checked if you have the "do not disturb-" or "sleep mode" activated? Please try to sync your Inspire 2 with the Fitbit app too.

Thank you @FatimaFitbit I have solved the problem.... I had previews on never.... 

I'll try it now! Hopefully it works!

Thanks for all the help, I'll definitely ask again as I am not the best on electronics so another problem will definitely arise!

I’ve tried all of the steps recommended but I’m still not getting any type of notifications on my Inspire 2. All the settings on my iPhone and Fitbit appear to be correct   I can’t find anywhere in the Fitbit app to enable vibration either.  It’s always worked perfectly until just recently. I’m at a loss as to how to fix this issue. Hoping you can help.  Thanks

Do not disturb and sleep mode are not activated on my phone.  Is there a way they would be activated on the Fitbit itself?   This only started happening after I upgraded to Fitbit Premium.  Thanks

Hi! Yes. 

On an Fitbit Inspire 2 (and mabe more I don't know):

Press the side 'buttons' until it vibrates. Then it will come up with the quick settings:

Scroll down until you see DND - do no disturb - and Sleep mode . Make sure these are turned off

Thank you. It’s working now. DND was on but I didn’t even know it had this feature so I’ve no idea how it got turned on. lol.
