Hi there,
I’ve recently started using my Inspire HR device. When I first set it up, I was asked if I wanted to sync automatically and I hastily pressed no.
However, I would like to turn this feature on. Everywhere I’ve checked says this should be a toggle-able option under the device menu in the Fitbit app, but there is no option for this!
Please help.
Thank you.

Do you mean the "all day sync" option?
If so, the setting for this has recently been removed and it is now on automatically and can't be turned off. Fitbit say:
"To improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app. When your phone is near your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned on, it periodically syncs with the Fitbit app to update your stats and download available firmware updates. More frequent syncing rarely, if ever, noticeably decreases your device’s battery life"

So what do we do when our watch never auto syncs? I ALWAYS have to open the device and select “sync now” for ANY of my information to update. Ugh. I’ve reset it up through my bluetooth, wifi and through the app multiple times and nothing helps.

Hi everyone. @g1vemecoffeeWelcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.
Thanks for the details shared and for the troubleshooting tried prior posting.
I'd like you to make sure that the Fitbit app is running in the background and also please make sure the Fitbit app is up-to-date, a new version was just released. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
If you experience syncing issues, follow this troubleshooting and continue monitoring its functionality.
Hope this helps.
