No reaction when I look on inspire screen

I bought this band 2 days ago and it doesn't react when I look on the screen. I need to press the left button to see what the time is. Can you tell me why? Please.

Hold in left side button a few seconds; scroll down below battery to 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off.

That's a common issue many people have trouble with.

What about woman period tracker it's like an option in fitbit app but I can't edit this one. All the others like weight, drinking water, steps etc is editible.
