Howdy — I’m disappointed to get no readiness score despite having worn my Inspire 2 all day, as I have been all week. Yesterday I got one and the day before, but not today. It’s a fun feature. I want it to be reliable.
Please share your thoughts and tips.

I was getting a daily readiness score, my premium membership renewed and now no score. Nothing!

@Antimony This is not an expected behavior from Premium feature. I really appreciate the time you've taken to report this issues with your daily readiness. Can you please confirm you've followed the suggested here: Why don’t I see a daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?

Hi Yojana, I have the same problem this morning. I did not get my readiness score although I have followed all the instructions. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall it but nothing changed. I had my fitbit all night long, in fact I got my sleep score. I have a sense. How can I solve this problem? There is no option to contact the customer service in a proper manner through the app. Thanks. Giulia

I’ve had my inspire 2 for over a month and no readiness score, recently had pacemaker put in so wanted this to work
also any idea how long premium comes with new fit bit I thought it was one year

I deleted and reinstalled and it’s still not working. It even says my score is all tuned and ready to go but won’t display.

I have the same problem with my Luxe. I’ve run across a discussion of this happening with Sense devices as well. My last score was on Saturday. Two days later my renewal of Premium went through. Still no score.

I’m having the same issue still, I have the inspire 2 and never gotten a score once! But I never take the watch off except to charge and shower then back on my wrist. I’ve rebooted it, deleted app and reinstalled, NOTHING WORKS. How can Fitbit jus allow so many flaws and never any solutions!

Nope, nothing worked. I get a reading every so often. Maybe, once a week. How can I get a reading every day??? It’s not like I change anything. The day I get a reading is the same as the days I don’t as far as how I wear it.

My Luxe stopped giving me readiness scores. I’ve troubleshot it followed every one of the protocols. Still not working. It’s up-to-date and fully charged with the most recent version. I’ve inquired about this three times now and still not resolved. Not happy.
