Hi there
The screen on my Inspire 2 has gone black, there are no flashing lights on the back and the buttons do not respond even when I try to reboot it.
Has it died? And if so, how do I go about getting a replacement?
Thanks

I’m having the same issue but I haven’t tried rebooting yet. How do I do that?

They say to plus it into a usb and hold the buttons in for 5 seconds. It doesn't work for me though!

That doesn't work for me either. What to do next. I haven't used mine for a while

I have the same problem. I run out of battery last week and then it stopped working.
Have tried all suggestions on line, none works.
I believe the device is in some "sleep mode", just need a way to wake it up. Even reboot (holding down buttons for over 30 sec while plugged to USB charger) does not work. Have tried with multiple USB charges and cables. My wife's Inspire works just fine with the same USB cable.
Any suggestions?
I even managed to disassemble it, but still not able to find any way to "wake" it up.
