Stopped working two weeks ago. I've done absolutely everything that's been suggested in the forum but still nothing. They're are no green lights flashing on the back anymore. Has anyone else had this and got it working again? Or is 18 months a normal lifespan for the device?

Thanks. I've tried all these things nothing works. Disappointing. I won't be getting another fitbit I don't think, not if they only last 18 months.
