My husband's Inspire2 updated to version3.64 a few weeks ago. Mine is still at 2.57 and says it is up to date.

Hello @Tia54 and welcome to the Community.  Neither of those numbers refer to Inspire 2 firmware versions.  This is from Fitbit's Help article on device firmware:

Version 1.124.76 is currently rolling out.  Where are you seeing the numbers that you wrote?

Would not recommend the update, did mine a couple days ago and it bricked my tracker
