Not all steps on Inspire are showing on account

Yesterday when there were problem with the system my fitbit on my wrist said over 10000 steps but under 7,000 of them have been counted. 

Anyway to correct this?

Let me help you with your Steps not showing on your account. Is your tracker syncing? Make sure it is syncing by following these instructions. Also you can restart your tracker.
