Not getting Inspire as an option to set up

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I try to set up my new Inspire, the screen gives me pictures and asks me to pick my device. But the Inspire is not shown.  What do I do about this?  I have called FitBit Support and they said to call the computer support. So I did, and they said it wasn't the computer -- call FitBit Support!! Can anyone help me?

Hi @FastingMe  it would help to know what operating system you're using on the computer. Let us know.

@FastingMe Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Thanks for your assistance @Odyssey13

It's pretty weird that you're not getting the Inspire as an option to set it up. I would like you to make sure you have a supported device, because this might be the reason why you're not getting the Inspire as an option.

Also, double check that you have the latest app version

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Pretty sure my MacBook Pro, Mojave 10.14.6, is supported!

Had the FitBit app previously, deleted it, reinstalled it with help of
FitBit online support.

Still no joy.

Hi @FastingMe   Might be a good time for members to know which people posting on the forums are Moderators or Fitbit Employees.  click to learn how

There are also Fitbit Community Council members, but they are not employees of Fitbit, merely members, like everyone else, who keep track of their steps.  click to learn more about CC
