Not getting all notifications from iPhone on Inspire HR

I have used the app to select the apps I would like to receive notifications from and assured my phone was not on ‘do not disturb’ mode with all apps allowing notifications. After doing to I synced my Fitbit inspire HR with my iPhone. However, when I lock my phone I am not receiving these notifications apart from phone calls and texts. 

Any reason for this?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not getting notifications from your iPhone. Tre refresing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
