Inspire HR is not tracking my sleep again and now it’s not tracking my heart rate. I’m also not getting “time to move” notifications.
I have followed trouble shooting steps again.
-watch is secure
-battery is charged
-have reset the watch and app
-notifications and HR are turned on
i got sleep data for one night this week. The rest is simplified data. I don’t want to have to reset my watch every couple of days in order to use it.

Hi @Jaxen nice to see you around. Thanks for trying those steps to troubleshoot your Inspire HR.
Most of the times sleep stages stop working if the Fitbit device is having a hard time tracking heart rate stats. You can see other scenarios related to this issue here. As you have checked the steps suggested in this article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? Thanks a million for that by the way! We can move forward and check with our team. I've requested a case on your behalf. You will get a follow up email shortly.
In the mean time, confirm that your reminders to move are "on" checking the instructions here. What model of phone are you using?
I'll be around in case that you have questions about this.

Hey @YojanaFitbit
thanks for getting back to me so quickly 🙂
I will wait for a response from your customer service team.
I have followed your steps as directed to check about movement reminders and they are turned on. I have an iPhone 7.
