Not getting phone call notifications on inspire hr

I am not getting phone call notifications from my iPhone 8  on my inspire hr.  I am getting text notifications.  When I go to setting on my phone it says my Fitbit is not connected by Bluetooth but then I try to connect it won’t work.

I will assist you with you call notifications on your Inpire HR. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

I eventually went through the online chat to get some help.  After lots of trouble shooting and resetting it turns out that they can’t fix it right now.  Seems it is an issue with the current  Apple software and they are trying to fix that.  It could happen to any Fitbit model but might not affect every Fitbit.

So this is an Apple issue? I was getting text and phone call notifications on my iPhone 6S plus and they just suddenly stopped.

That’s what fitbit online chat told me.  We went through every trouble shooting thing they could find but they still could fix it for me.  Im not getting text or phone call notifications. My old Fitbit flex still works though and so does a borrowed inspire that. I’m currently using

I just did an update.  I am no longer getting notifications for phone calls and it the clock doesn't show when I turn my wrist.  I know that prior to doing the update it was fine.  It syncs fine.

So what do we do?  Demand Fitbit replace it with one that works??

I did return mine for a replacement . It worked for a while and then stopped again. When the second one stopped receiving texts I returned it for a refund and went with a different brand. Too bad because i liked the fit bit but it didn’t do what I needed it too.

Wow. Sounds like this won’t end well. I just got the offer from Fitbit
support to send it back for a new one. From what you wrote, it will be a
waste of time. That sucks!!

I returned mine last summer. Maybe they have fixed it by now and you’ll be lucky with a new inspire
