Not getting sleep stages, resetting no longer working

My Inspire HR stopped tracking sleep stages and help line says they are working on the problem but doesn’t know when it will be resolved.  As far as I can tell it has been an issue since 2017!  Seems like an awfully long time to keep customers waiting for a resolution.  Last few times resetting the devise worked but no longer the case.   Have others found another work around?  Moved to a better product that does work?

I have an Inspire HR which I got a couple of months ago.

It no longer shows the sleep tracking module on my

dashboard and also refuses to connect with my internet.

I have searched in the community for answers but find

nothing that helps.  All my other devices connect with

my internet which is AT&T.  I have tried resetting the fitbit

and also checked that it has access to location.
