Not happy with the new Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve had my Inspire HR for about 4years and been quite happy with it and the iphone app.

However, much of the joy is now gone, as the new app display icons no-longer turn dark when hitting daily scores (steps, distance… etc.). Not enough ”triumph”, visually too plain, not as inspiring as before 😞

Also i wish the sleep tracking meter on breath, HRV and HRrest would turn green, if the values are better than personal rates and red when not.

Third: please return the battery charge display back.

Thank you:-)

Hi there, @LeenaFIN. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

I understand how important it is to you to see your battery percentage in the Fitbit app, however, at the moment this is not possible. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about the new Fitbit app interface, please note at this time there are no plans to change it or revert it to the old one.

We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. I'd suggest adding your comment and voting for this feature: Restore battery percentage on new Fitbit app

Visit our FAQs to learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed or implemented.

I'd like you to check this blog to get more information about new updates coming soon to the Fitbit app.

We hope to see your vote!

I too find that the new app, at least for iPhones, is horrible. Maybe they are punishing iPhone owners. I wanted to complain to the company, but of course that is impossible to do, as far as I can tell. Did Google just feel a need to change things so they can prove that they bought Fitbit?! I used to be able to look at the app on my phone and see everything I needed, and nothing that I didn't need. Now you have to search for the steps and there are several bits of information that I am not interested in at the top. I certainly haven't been able to change that using the method that used to work. Half the time it doesn't even synch with my Fitbit until I force it to do so several times. When this Fitbit "dies," I won't be buying another. I see the reply that the Fitbit moderator gave to you and they clearly don't care what we think. I too would love to have the old app back!
