It’s a small and petty issue, but I bought a lilac colored Inspire HR because I loved the way it looked with the purple loopy writing as shown on the adverts. Slightly saddened then to be told by a customer service worker that no such option actually exists for the HR. You’ve got literally thousands of pictures all over with the purple clock face writing and yet you don’t actually offer it. Is that even legal?

Hi @LauraShe My Inspire HR is the Lilac one. It comes with a lilac band and the screen is very lightly purple coloured. In some lights it is barely noticable, but the purple tint IS there.

I can only see the purple from an angle and even then it's very slight. Definitely white face on and the body of the tracker is lighter as well seems like they've either redesigned it or the photos were taken of one that doesn't actually exist. It's pretty disappointing and I agree with false advertising. My charge HR had a proper purple tinted screen it was much prettier
