My Inspire 2 was purchased in April of 2022. Since then, I have not been able to get the notifications to work, along with other issues (including syncing and screen display). I have contacted support many times at this point. They have only given me the steps listed on the website and available for everyone to use for troubleshooting. None of it is working. I have requested a replacement as the notifications have never worked on this device.
The support/customer service has not been helpful in the slightest. Three times now I have had a team member tell me I will receive an email with further instructions or answer on the issue. I have yet to receive an email from them (yes I have checked my spam box). I am extremely unimpressed with this company at this point. I used to love them and the products, but it seems things have gone downhill in the last year or so. Wish I could get a refund or replacement so I can continue on with my life and job.
Is anyone else having the same issue? With the notifications or customer support? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I can’t get my calls or texts to come through on this device at all. I’ve went through it all as well! It’s ridiculous. I have changed settings on the device and on my phone. I’ve never had this problem with any of my other fitbits. ☹️

I was having the same issues. Went through all the settings numerous times and then found a DND on the Fitbit that had been turned on. 🤷🏻:female_sign: Once I turned it off it went back to receiving notifications. Hope this helps

Welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Tdillon1979.
Thank you for confirming that you've been having the same inconvenience with your Inspire 2 and that you already tired a few troubleshooting steps.
Before considering other options, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 8.0 or higher or Apple iOS 14 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.

Same exact fix for me I turned Do Not Disturb on then back off and they have worked every since. 🤷:female_sign:
